Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice that aids in the development of strength, flexibility and concentration. Mommy & me postnatal yoga classes EVERY Friday at 10am. This class is for moms and/or caregivers and their infants and toddlers, up to 3 years old. Come bond, play, have fun and relax with your baby and be a part of a supportive community of other new parents. Appropriate for both beginning and experienced yoga students.
