Shakti Body Yoga provides public and private group classes in the therapeutic practices of hatha, vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga. We host a non-competitive environment that is clean, quiet and serene, and offer a safe haven where you can relax, unwind and leave the world behind. Yoga is a holistic, traditional approach to wellness that changes lives by setting the foundation for true health, healing, and transformation to occur.
Studies show that a steady and consistent yoga practice 2-3 days a week supports your physical, mental and emotional well-being. This is a small, pre-emptive investment in yourself to keep you strong, fit and most importantly, HEALTHY.
