HATHA YOGA : EVERY TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

These are small, private groups with no more than four people. This intimate environment allows for a more personalized experience where instruction is tailored to your specific needs and abilities. Classes will explore passive and dynamic alignment based movements, breath work and meditation to help stretch, strengthen and improve your bodies mobility, balance and peace of mind. 

Ideal for: New and experienced practitioners; Those seeking a therapeutic practice or those who have some physical limitations. 

$75 for 5 classes or $20 for single

YOGA BASICS AND BEYOND: EVERY WEDNESDAY

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM


Yoga basics and beyond classes cover the foundational practices of yoga. We'll explore and refine the basics in standing, seated and balance postures, breathing and mindfulness techniques, sun salutations and yogic terminology. Appropriate for new and experienced yoga practitioners.


Ideal for: New and experienced yoga practitioners.


$75 for 5 classes or $20 for single
