Private Training

Private yoga instruction offers one-on-one personal attention to individuals seeking a customized and tailored practice. Private sessions provide a potent level of support for those who are serious about making definite changes in their lives and who are dedicated to obtaining specific results in their physical, mental and emotional well-being. 

Private yoga lessons offer a great introduction to the practice of yoga and provide foundational support for those who are moving through a life transition, mourning a loss, rehabilitating an injury, improving a chronic health or medical condition, achieving a particular level of fitness or weight loss goal; or who need the increased scheduling flexibility that only a private class can provide.

How It Works

Private lessons are by appointment only. Give us a call to schedule your first session. 

Sessions are usually prepaid and purchased as a series. The number of sessions needed varies depending on your health, experience and goals. You will receive motivational support, expert guidance and training, and a safe, effective practice plan. Private lessons help you feel familiar and confident with attending group classes and practicing at home on your own. 

Private sessions are 60 minutes long and are held at my home studio in Manteca, or your home or office.
